Refund & Return Policy – Techs Repair LLC

At Techs Repair LLC, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand your rights and limitations as a customer.
1. No Refunds on Services
All service fees—including diagnostics, labor, repairs, upgrades, and consultations—are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
We take the time to clearly explain the issue and proposed solution before any work begins. Once approved and completed, payment for services is final.
Exception:
If there is a confirmed issue directly caused by our workmanship, we may offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refunds & Returns for Products
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused or in the same condition it was sold (unless defect is internal).

It must be in the original packaging with all accessories.

You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

A return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:

Physically damaged items not covered under warranty

Gift cards or store credit

Downloadable software or license codes

Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase without prior authorization
3. Warranty Policy
Products sold by Techs Repair may come with a limited warranty. Warranty coverage is void if the product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or water exposure.
If a product is deemed defective under warranty, it may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged and within the warranty period.

5. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your return is approved and a refund is processed:

Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Contact your bank or card provider for delays.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
